Tegra Tshabola is transferring to Kentucky from Ohio State. He’ll have one year of eligibility after starting the past two seasons for the Buckeyes. The right guard visited Kentucky on Sunday and picked the Cats over Auburn and Ole Miss.
6-6, 325 pounds Tshabola to UK

We wanted and needed this guy badly. Congrats UK. Huge pick up by Stein and company.

Dude started 30 games or so for OSU.
He was so hit or miss it was insane. He would play like poo against Northwestern, then absolutely stone 5* guys against Michigan or PSU
He was very good in the playoffs last season, but OSU rotated guards during the run.
He is a guy who often needs a break during the game to reset his mindset. I wish him well for sure

So did Stoops just not give a shite about the portal or did the Kentucky bosters finally get off their arse? They seem to be a player for just about everyone so far

Boosters have to believe in a coach to support him. I think Stoops flirting with A&M made them leery of giving him too much. They made some nice splashes for Stoops early in the NIL days.
