What are realistic expectations for your teams basketball program?

What realistic expectations do you have for your team that would be considered a successful season?
For Alabama basketball, my expectations are
20 win season
Winning conference record
NCAA Tournament appearance
Those are three things that Alabama basketball can achieve every year and I consider that a successful season.

I expect sweet 16 at this point.
Brutal OOC should allow for a decent conference run but injuries will be key.

Top half of the conference with this roster and dance I’ll consider Steven’s first season a success.
