Alabama and Oklahoma had no business in the playoff

ND played 2 legit teams and lost. So no they weren't screwed. Join a conference or schedule better

Yeah, it was Alabama and Oklahoma not JMU, Texas Tech(G5 if being honest) and Tulane.
Dumbass.
Dumbass.

Nobody on here has watched Notre Dame - they don’t know

At least Notre Dame took out two Big 10 teams in the playoffs last year in Indiana and Penn State and took out SEC alpha male Georgia. SEC hasnt beat a big Ten team in the playoffs in 3 years...

There needs to be 16 teams in the playoffs and there will be.
There are going to 1-2 double digit seeds every year that can win it all. Two or even three losses (especially in the SEC) should not disqualify you.

bullshite. ND has no business being in the playoffs until they join and win in a strong conference. Otherwise, they’re like TCU, SMU, or Baylor.

No, the committee did not where Notre Dame is concerned.
Miami deserved to go ahead by virtue of beating ND, who also lost to ATM. Those were the biggest games for ND and they lost both. They only beat a ranked Louisville team afterwards, so no big wins over higher ranked opponents.

Go ahead and remind me how many national titles SEC teams have won since Notre Dame's last?

Cool, maybe the Irish can join the Big10 then.
Also, there is the factor of not every game being the biggest game on the schedule that the Big10 enjoys. A contender big10 team can have an off game and still win. Have a cupcake or two during conference play to figure things out.
SEC, you have to play damn near flawless ball the entire season. That takes a toll.
Either way, ND won’t know anything about it. And hopefully gets left out of the playoffs next year for playing a schedule easier than the sunbelt.

How long is the SEC going to live in the past

SEC let me know when you can beat a Big 10 team in the playoffs like Notre Dame did last year...

Notre dame was a more complete team than bama. Despite what the sec nerds think.
