Yes, it’s kind of long.

I found it interesting he didn’t even address the John Bond and other MSU player that were involved on the MSU offer.

It’s more fun to say we paid him, but I’ve always thought it was ridiculous that a 20 year old would ride a scooter after getting $180,000.

It does not add up.

I met Cam at a Mediterranean place on college street after the Arkansas State game in 2010. He shook my hand. Very nice young man. At the time I did not realize how that season would play out.

He pretty much says Dan Mullen was behind the whole thing along with probably Urban Meyer.

Are you just now finding this Rocky, or are you killing time, outside a Belk, in a mall common?

Real Auburn fan would watch it. If your day is 24 minutes long your life sucks already and probably shouldn’t be worried about what Cam says.

Money allegedly went to his pops, not Cam.

Daddy didn’t trust him with a car

In the Spring after winning the Heisman and Natty, Cam, Bo, and Pat had an autograph signing event in Huntsville. I had the foresight to think "When's the next time all of Auburn's Heisman Trophy winners will be at the same place, and do autographs?" Me, the wife and daughter took the trip that Saturday to North Alabama. Got to meet all of them, but two things stook out that I will never forget. My daughter was 5 and Bo gave all his attention to her. Both with line of people wanting his autograph and the group pic with Cam and Pat. The other was the group pic. All three trophy winners, me and my kid, behind the trophy. Took the pic, went to exit the tent we were in, and was greeted at the exit by Cam's dad and mom. Two of the most gracious people! I was just in the presence of athletic greatness, and his dad just couldn't say "Thank you" enough! He reached for my hand to shake and you could feel the gratitude in his voice, and in his eyes.

Then there was the one on one autograph line. When it came to Cam, you could tell he was tired of signing his name for hours. He didn't look up when it was my turn at his table, then he accidently marked his fingernail with the marker he was using, and was rubbing the ink off. I spoke to him, don't even remember what I said, but I do remember how he replied. He didn't hear me, but his reply told me volumes about how he was raised. "I;m sorry, Sir, what was that?" And ended with "Thank you, Sir".

Decades apart in age, obvious cultural differences, but both of us raised in the same manner. Served him well, and served me well.
