I already see hundreds of posts. They’ll screenshot that FG before the ball gets to the posts before it tails off, and call it good and say that’s where the ball crossed the bars.

Even if they made that they still were likely going to lose.

Their offense hasn't done shite for hrs.

It's almost impossible to tell on close field goal attempts from the kickers POV when it draws like that. It could have gone either way.

To be frank that was probably good, but idk that it matters because Mateer was peeing his pants most of the second half.

If you watch baseball, you understand how camera angles work & if you watch the straight away replay it was inside the upright.

The one guy who knows was looking right up the post. And with his vantage point, it's an easy call.

TV gives us better angles, and multiple angles. The FG was good — it wouldn’t have mattered.

A better angle than looking right up the post? You're a fricking moron.

Serious question...are you actually this stupid in real life? Or is this just your message board persona?

Yeah bruh, a fricking slow motion camera straight ahead + another right at the crossbar is in fact better angle.

Why do you think instant replay exists

Y’all mighty defensive about this considering I clearly stated it didn’t matter. Who’s really butthurt here

In todays world of tech, there is absolutely no excuse not having a laser or similar technology shooting up the goal post to infinity (and foul post in BB) and eliminate ALL human error.

Things the dumbest shite post d tonight.

Broadcast literally told us the protocol. If it it’s above the goal posts, the referee DIRECTLY under the goal post looks up & if he can’t see the ball have 100% clearance on the inside of the post, it’s no good. There was no camera DIRECTLY under that goal post.

Many people don't understand the rule is that the ball has to be 100% inside the upright. Every replay I've seen shows that a good chunk of the ball was over the post.

There's a reason they have a guy standing directly under the post to make the call
