In the championship game? I just can’t shake this thought from my mind that us and them are going to be the last 2 standing

Let's take it one game at a time. We have gotten farther than many of us expected, and this Georgia team looks very tough to beat. I like our chances.

I think this team has moxie and imo Ohio State is the only ones capable of standing in our way. Indiana had success running on them in the big 10 championship though so I’m confident we can as well.

Our secondary is really really good now too. Boundary corner opposite Everette isn’t a liability anymore like it was early in the season. They’ll be tough but we got this baw

I don't want to look ahead. But also, I haven't watched 5 seconds of an Indiana game this year. Exactly how legit are they? I know their QB won the Heisman so he's pretty good, how is the rest of the team built?

They’re legit.

They don’t have the roster talent of us or say like an Ohio State but they likely play the best as a team more than anyone in the country maximizing what they get out of each player.

Their front 7 is very good. They can run the ball competently like I said they did it pretty well against Ohio State. They have 1 really good wr. Their offense is a short pass game and zone run offense with the occasional deep shot.

On defense they run almost exclusively zone

I think the roster catches up with them as they play real teams....from outside the big fat and slow.

No. If Oklahoma wins tonight, I think they'll beat Indiana, too.

This, the next game is all that matters at this point. Looking ahead causes a team to lose focus and I don’t see Kirby allowing that to happen.

We aren’t the team

I think OU has a better shot of beating IU than bama does but I don’t think either has much of a shot. IU is an extremely well rounded and disciplined team capable of winning a game in many ways. None of that can be said of OU or bama

Oklahoma has a nasty, salty defense and I think their offense is going to look a lot better with Mateer getting 3 weeks off to let his thumb heal.

I'm torn. Part of me wants to see Tulane beat them just because, but I'm curious as to how Ole Miss will play without Kiffin.

Maybe. Hopefully.

I really really don’t want Indiana to get to us.

Give me Texas Tech if I have to pick one of the likely 3 winners in Oregon Tech and Indiana

Yeah, I’m looking forward to the next chapter in that wild arse story. How will Charley Weiss Jr coach knowing he’s already LSU’s OC, will they play for Golding, etc.?

Not sure why anyone would over look Ohio st. I like us in the matchups against Ole Piss and Ohio st, but I just don’t think it’s a given. Also Indiana could have its hands full with OU, Oregon, & Texas Tech

IMO only Oregon has a shot at taking out Indiana on that side of the bracket.

And if you read the whole thray I said OSU is the only ones imo that could stand in our way before reaching the natty

Agreed. They are a loaded team, and as they showed last year, they probably have another gear for the playoffs they haven't shown in the regular season.

I do think our defense is a uniquely tough matchup for Ohio State if that matchup comes to fruition. We have three really good corners to match their WRs (Ellis Robinson vs Jeremiah Smith would be an amazing matchup, something I never thought I would say in mid-October or so) and Sayin is not a particularly mobile QB.

The last time we played them, CJ Stroud made a bunch of plays with his legs. Sayin isn't that guy, and Kirby's defenses usually feast on pocket QBs.

I’d be comfortable playing man with Everette and Ellis each on Tate and Smith giving us the ability to absolutely frick up Sayin.

You’ll live with a few deep hits if you’re getting home enough
