I'm not overly familiar with your roster, as I didn't waste time with inferior opponents, but obviously y'all have some ballers.

Who should we look forward to after hiring away y'alls top recruiter and roster retention guy?

Thanks in advance

So we take coaches from a playoff team. OM takes coaches from a bad LSU team. Who else do you want ? I'm feeling generous.

Michael Van Buren and Collin Hurley to replace Chambliss and Simmons.

JT Lindsey to replace Kewan Lacy

Chris Hilton and Nic Anderson to replace Winston Watkins

Bauer Sharp is a solid option at TE if he can get another year of eligibility

DJ Chester is hands down the best OL on the roster, I’m terrified that he might be considering Ole Miss

ETA: looks like Hurley has entered the portal. Congrats Ole Miss! This one is going to sting.

Brad Davis is awesome! Y'all should definitely hire him as well!

I can’t wait for the portal melts from Old Mrs. The Lane melts were tasty , but it’s about to get even worse for your school real soon.

I know you are trolling, but I'll give you an actual response.

Harlem Berry is a guy I expect Ole Miss to target. He has a lot of potential and his family is close with Wilson. If LSU poaches Ole Miss' star running back, it would not be shocking to see Berry go to Ole Miss rather than stay at LSU as a second-stringer.

Despite Frank obviously leaving we had no issues signing our NOLA guys this class. Anderson, Mack and Hall all signed with us. In fact when Richard Anderson came into town right before signing, the meeting didnt even include Frank at all...and he still signed with us.

Probably because Frank's value has diminished greatly with the advent of NIL. He was always "just a recruiting" type of coach. We havent had a RB get drafted since he came back here in 2022. 4 years of no RB drafted; 4 years of no real RB production to speak of. This despite having multiple 4 and 5 star RBs in our backfield during that time. Meanwhile the guy we just hired to be RB coach has taken multiple 3 stars and continually turned them into stars. Frank has seen no success coaching outside of LSU; bad track record at UTSA, McNeese, and since coming back in 2022 here even. LSU seems to have made Frank who he was; remember he was coaching at OM back when Ed O was there; those were some fun times for you guys....

I'll take that swap every day.

This seems unlikely in this NIL era, but I guess you never know.

There were 2 La. RBs starting for Tenn and A@M that were better than what LSU started.Franks evaluations sucked.Good luck with your belief in FW.By the way our RBs couldn’t find the holes for Franks entire tenure with the tigers, just the facts mam.

The simple fact that Berry was getting 10 carries or less a game was one of Franks biggest mistakes this year. His idea to platoon backs even though one in the stable is not like the others is criminal. He would rather give the 4th string qb/rb equal carries over the #1 RB recruit in the nation coming out of HS. I couldn’t be happier to see him gone

This post makes me think OM fans are starting to realize they are in a world of shite.

Enjoy Frank. Enjoy the RBs he produces. If Lane wanted Frank, he'd be at LSU.

Buddy, we've had like, 9 defensive line coaches in the past 8 seasons and Frank Wilson has been the RB coach for 4 years.

At no point in the last 9 seasons has our defensive line depth been as bad as Frank Wilson is leaving our RB position in.

You might be able to take Durham, but we're getting Lacy.

Kiffin, Weis, Cox, Stevens, Wolford, McDonald and Jordan for Wilson certainly seems like a "fair" trade
