Whoever downvoted this should be kicked off this board because you aren’t a Bama fan if you’re against that news.

I can’t begin to explain how big of a deal getting those two back would be.

With those two and quality QB play we can beat OU.

Jam Miller has been practicing, too.

Which is big because I dont think Daniel Hill was healthy in the SECCG and Miller had easily his best game of the year against Auburn when they ran that Venables two safeties back, drop a MLB and blitz the edges look against us.

That and AK Dear was not ready for the stage that the SECCG is. He’s got a bright future. But that situation was too big for him.

There isn't anything polite or constructive that I can say about his performance in that game so I just wont say anything at all.

In MLB they talk about replacement level players. Our RB play in that game was well below replacement level and I'm not sure it would've been above it at the G5 level. I'm not sure we did a single thing adequately from that position group in Atlanta which for a program that used to store away future NFL running backs in case we got bored and wanted to do something new and had Josh Jacobs as RB3 is both sad and shocking.

Does anyone remember when Alvin Kamara was RB5 one year and left for Tennessee as an afterthought and it didnt matter at all? Because I do.

We dont need five but we damn sure need two to three who can carry the ball effectively and pickup a pass rush. Not having one is an indictment of that position coach and our player evals going back the last three classes.

But are they going to play and are they going to be healthy enough to make a difference? We dont need just bodies on the field. We need guys healthy enough to make a difference.

Well I can tell you if they weren't practicing I could pretty much guarantee that they weren't going to play at a level that would make a positive difference because they wouldn't have been on the field, so lets just take this as positive progress and see how it plays out right?

Looks like we found a RB that can hit a hole with speed too.

The new RB looks a little on the small side.

They have had essentially weeks off. They should be prime.

He played petrified and that didn't help his QB

Also I pray those WRs are healthy now because they just haven't looked explosive and we know they're very quick, fast, explosive

If our backs had a sprint race for 10 yards, we wouldn't have a winner.

Kamara was not the RB5 at the start of fall camp. He hurt his knee which allowed Henry to take his spot in the rotation. He was redshirted after his return but IIRC he got in the doghouse because of an issue with a recruit on campus. Even after he left he spoke highly of the Tide and Saban.
