If DeBoer leaves I'd pack his bags for him b/c he's not a good coach

DeBoer and his whole barbecue-crew coaching staff just aren’t a fit at Bama. DeBoer simply isn’t showing he’s a high-level coach. I expected real in-game adjustments—there are none. I expected him to tailor the offense to the strengths of his quarterback—he didn’t do it with Milroe, and he’s not doing it with Ty. And I expected him to put a physical, reliable run game on the field. Instead, this offense can’t run the ball at all.
Truth is, this offense looks no better with Grubb than it did with Sheridan.
At this point, I don’t believe DeBoer is a good coach. It’s looking more and more like he and his offensive staff rode the arm of a generational college QB to massive paydays, and now the flaws are showing.

Grubb has never had a physical reliable run game. You got what you paid for.

Alabama has played the #4 toughest schedule in the country this year and managed 10 wins on it and a SECCG appearance despite him only having 1 recruiting class to get his players.
We had the #4 recruiting class last year and we have the #2 class this year.
You're an idiot.

Alabama would fail up in this scenario

Top recruiting classes so -3 rushing yards in a game let alone an SEC Championship shouldn't happen.

I'd say melt, but everyone knows you're a fake fan.

Hopefully they hire Shaft Williams because, based on how he talks, he knows more than literally anyone else.

You're the idiot and an apologist for a mediocre coach.

The dude was fired from Seattle for a reason. Actually multiple reasons and they've all presented themselves here

Not to brag but I am smarter than most Bama fans. Do I have to list all the things I've been right about? DeBoer is garbage.

I've seen 9 coaches at Alabama, and even more fake arse fans on this forum.

You made this thread, so nah.
We just had a 10 win season on the 4th toughest schedule and you don't have a fricking clue how difficult that is or what this team has accomplished.

I'll say this, as an outside observer-
a few hours ago, I could see Deboer taking the Michigan escape route out of Tuscaloosa. Overall they seemed fairly comparable situations; a premier program with money in one of the major conferences. Either has the potential to win it all, and both are currently not the top in their conference, but not that far out of it.
I thought that Michigan might be more tolerant of adjustments and growing pains, whereas Alabama will howl anytime they're not strongly #1 right now (got used to that under Saban). And frankly, it seemed like UGA under Kirby had reeled in Bama to an extent while Saban was still there, and Texas is pouring money like it's nothing.
But watching the developments, there's a complete shite show going on in Michigan, and I can't see Deboer stepping into THAT.
So, he and Bama might just be stuck with each other.

Tend to agree. If DeBoer goes it would be a good thing. I’ll take a couple of bad years to get the right person.

So wait, you want to have a couple of bad years because you are disappointed in a coach having a 10 win season in his 2nd year an extremely difficult schedule?
Let's fricking do it. I think it's about time some of you stupid fricks actually experienced that shite. I hope you all get exactly what you ask for. I'm already numb, lets see you bitches handle a 3 win season.
You guys are fricking huge gaping pussies.

There's no shite show going on at Michigan. The fired coach had an affair and did some other stupid shite after being fired. There are no scholarship limitations, rich boosters, and you just signed a good recruiting class. Don't let these media people have you thinking Michigan is a shite show b/c the former head coach was having an affair.

He's better than Sark, so it could be worse. trust me.

I'd be on board with Deboer moving on. Very nice guy and good recruiter. But he is doesn't teach toughness. He is also somewhere between Shula delusional and hard-headed. He can't see Grubb is not a good OC.
