80% of the posters here seem to have decided that we have no chance against OU.. that Ty is the worse QB in history..

Of course, most of you are the same people that cried for days about how Auburn was going to kick our arse .. can’t win down there blah blah blah!

Grow a set of balls and stop squatting to piss.

Alabama dominated OU just weeks ago.. only to turn the ball over and lose the game. It happens!

I hope the players don’t have the wide pussy streak up their backs as lots of you folks.

We beat UGA by 3 points.. in the 2nd game, they destroyed us..

We lost to OU by 2 pts.. and on the 19th of December on their field.. Alabama is going to kick their arse..

Stop being such pussy’s

You won’t find that kind of optimism here.. I’ve heard Bama fans say, “well I don’t think we deserved to get in” .. it’s crazy!

We in it, we deserve to be in it..

I’m not pumping sunshine.. I understand we’re beat to hell, we haven’t been playing great on offense..

But I also know that it’s in us to play much better.. we’ve all seen it.

I’m just sick of “we suck crowd”

We talking two pick sixes and a strip sack here.

Kane does it again.

I think the first game taught us to not get cute. We can win by playing our game, don’t put someone else back there to catch punts or a 3 person reverse flea flicker. Just run the normal offense and even with on int or fumble we can still win.

Oof! Ai also told me that UGA would win the SEC title with a 27-24 win over Bama. Got it just a little wrong.

Seems like most games Bama gets a turnover over or two. Number 18 is a ball hawk! Really great defense and Wommack as done a great job this year.

Our offensive scheme is awful. We have good players, but a lot of the time they are put in bad position. Venabels exploited it like so many other teams. When you combine those too, its make it extremely difficult for us to score enough points to win.

I know they aren't uga but it does give a blueprint as well in how to attack us.
8 of 11 drives in the uga where 4 plays or less

And against OU we had Cuevas. Hopefully he is back in two weeks.

We’ve played bad football the last month. We’ve been fortunate win the games we did because our offense is a mess and it hasn’t been this bad in 20 years.

So it’s hard to be optimistic about going on the road to play a team who beat us twice in a row and coming out with a win. Especially considering our QB is going through some things mentally and physically that are preventing him from being an asset for this office.

We could certainly win because OU doesn’t have a great offense either but this team is gonna have to prove to me it can get punched in the mouth early and swing back.

Our coaches were supposed to be great on offensive so what happened? Managing the quarterback position is part of good coaching. Milroe should have been pulled a few times last year and the same thing for Simpson this year. Is it the SEC defenses? Have they been exposed as ordinary offensive coaches or can they adjust to the new league. USC a good team they were used to playing against have a good offense and a terrible defense point to this as being a possibility. There is no hope this year on offense. Our defense in fine with a good offense. Several teams on a given day can beat Alabama is year. There are a few that would beat them most of the time. This is the opposite of what is normal for Alabama. We got a shot at Oklahoma, and it would be interesting to see how we stack up against Indiana.

Looks like he is trending that way.

Also I’ll be there freezing my nuts off, in fricking Norman because we couldn’t achieve a home playoff game lol. Damnit!

just have to get 5 and 2 the ball in space so they can make something happen.

Brooks may have hit the freshman wall

We dont throw and catch well anything past 15 yards. We all know about the running game. 2,5, and 80 if available should be the plan

Early October Bama beats OU by a couple scores.

The version of Bama we just saw play UGA is not winning in the playoffs.

You don't beat well coached teams on the road giving up a major S/T play every game, completing 45% of our passes and losing the turnover battle by multiple turnovers.

So either we make improvements at QB, get some guys back healthy on the OL and hopefully get Cuevas back or no, I don't expect us to win on the road at night against a Venables defense because down the stretch they're the team making plays and we're the team struggling in every phase of the game other than Defense who we're putting in horrible positions weekly.

So can we beat OU? Absolutely. We should've beaten them by 10 points the first time we played.

Will we beat them? Tell me which version of Bama we're gonna see and I can probably give you an outcome.

The offensive play calling is…well offensive. Grubb has not shown that he is going to put this team in a good place to win. You can blame Ty, or the injuries, or the O Line, or whatever, but it obvious it coaching.

It's a new season. We have limped home, but we have a chance to get healthy, regroup, and go do something special.

Our defense will keep us in the game. Our offense needs to play complimentary football and keep our defense out of bad spots and let's see what happens.
