Notre Dame vs. Texas A&M....is all I want for Christmas.

As an Irish fan.....I want an easy 1st round in the playoffs and that would be Texas A&M. They beat us at the beginning of the year by 1 point when our team wasnt hitting on all cylinders but now we are. We are on a 10 game win streak with an average margin of victory of 29.7 and that includes over ranked USC and Pitt. We have a Heisman caliber running back and our defense is playing lights out. I would be more worried playing Oklahoma for some reason than Texas A&M.

played two rank4d teams in USC and Pitt just like I stated so how do you mean we havent played anyone since? And who has A&M played outside of Notre Dame and Texas and they got destroyed by Texas.

ND beat Indiana, Georgia and Penn State last year in the playoffs....lets see if we lose in the 1st round this year with a better team than we had last year.

ND beats every SEC in the CFP. Ohio St and Indiana are the only teams that would be a challenge.
People do not realize that ND had a new DC this season that did not comprehend the talent and capability he had to play man defense. Once that issue was resolved, ND defense has been absolutely dominating
Also, in the aTm game, ND freshman QB was unknowingly tipping plays calls and ND still put up 40pts.

Take the case of Alabama and notre dame. One school takes an ugly loss in a league championship game, jeapordizing their playoff hopes. The other never has to worry about that.
