How do you justify a Miami team who couldn’t even make an ACC championship? A five loss team won that conference.

ACC will not have a team. Alabama or Texas deserve it more.

The playoff would lose money on those first round matchups. Especially if you include Miami, one of the worst P4 attendance records annually.

If this happens the system is broken. I just watched a barely bowl eligible team win that conference while an alleged playoff team sat at home. Gtfo

Because they were 10-2 and a 7-5 team went to the Conference Championship over them. Conferences should change the way they pick who plays in the conference champions. Bama shouldn’t have been in over Ole Miss and Texas A & M with 2 losses either.

I don't but this is the committee's Sophie's choice moment.

They won't leave the shitbox ACC out because they love inclusion.

This is why we need to trim the playoffs to 8 and let the BCS do 100% of the selections.
