Wait really?

They want us to believe that a move that could have easily backfired, and honestly lost them the game, ended up being the reason to move them above ND.

I think it being successful is baked into the equation, as it not being successful would've take care of itself most likely.

They just say stuff like that to make it look like they are really analyzing things and paying attention to the games.

but to real fans it comes across as an absolute joke.

Maybe we shouldn’t have a random committee of non-ball knowers making these colossal decisions and then attributing such asinine reasons.

Agree and agree.

I'd like to see a committee of former coaches who we can generally agree are still actively engaged and have no vendettas.

I'm thinking men like Gene Stallings (at a time). Hell I'd love to get a weekly update on what the committee is thinking from Steve Spurrier.

"Awww gosh, this week's meeting was a dang embarrassment. Mack came in totally unprepared and Lou couldn't stop flapping his gums about Notre Dame beating Standford. I felt bad just being there, but we're gonna get it fixed."

I think it was a correction of them dropping Bama so far after the OU loss. Dropping below ND after that game was a travesty. They just corrected it. ND's SOS is crap compared to Bama's.

Hell yes.

Live from the boat with Coors Light in hand, here comes CFP commish HBC with the latest rankings and his unfiltered opinions on each school.

Well, I guess HBC is okay so long as the Vols or UGA aren't in the mix.

I think you are correct.

Just like they dropped A&M to 7 this week.

Texas Tech should not be higher than A&M and it smacks of recency bias.

But Alabama ran the ball pretty good. And that is why they said Alabama was behind Notre Dame the week before.

Executing in critical moments. I'll be honest, I didn't feel good about those calls at the time but Bama has done this two other times as well.

It's a Gump circle jerk account.

Anything they can to help Deboer look good they will. Lord knows he needs it.

Yep that’s definitely the logical thing to think when you read what I posted, which has nothing to do with Georgia.
