No. New rule in place this year - top 4 teams are just the highest ranked teams, don't need to be conference champs to get a bye anymore

I just checked. Bama to make college football playoffs is -3000 yes and ND is only -400

ND is in the playoffs if Bama or BYU lose and is out if they both win
