This board laughed at A&M when Texas did what LSU is doing to Ole Miss in baseball.

You were fine with it when it was A&M. Now when this shite happens to you, something needs to be done.
Coaches need to be banned from coaching in the league if they are proven to be discussing leaving during a title run.
Full stop. Recruiting your players to leave or even making it known you are looking so they may want to follow you is a breach of good faith in my opinion.
Sankey is a moron for allowing this to happen in this league. It essentially allows any program’s rival to sabotage their season with money.
And if you think that’s okay, it’s only because it hasn’t happened to you and your team is one of the bad actors.
You can’t blame them though. Sankey allows it.

Well in the case of Texas it was during the CWS. In the case of football in general I would say after November 1 when rankings come out.

The courts have shown it’s very difficult to restrict job searching. Your proposal is gonna be hard to show the coach in his official job duties was recruiting people versus casually saying, “you can come with me.” As a personal statement.
