Ole Miss fans how do you feel if Ole Miss doesn’t let Kiffin coach in the playoff?

If he is going to LSU next season. I at first though Kiffin was the dooshbag if he took the job at LSU but if indeed it’s true that Ole Miss is using the Kiffin cannot coach his team in the playoff if he leaves for LSU next season. I can’t fault a man for taking the bigger bag and probably a better job at LSU but for Ole Miss Admins to pull this stunt is just wrong IMHO. There is no loyalty to anyone anymore in the day of NIL and big money deals hell most top notch players transfer now for bigger paydays. Why is it any different for coaches now. Let me hear some Ole Miss fans chime in on this.

It’s not “his” team.

That pretty much sums it up.

It would be stupid for them to let him keep coaching. He would need to be building his next team and wouldn't be able to be focused on this one.

In what world should Ole Miss let Lane coach when he has left for a rival school? Answer…there isn’t one.

Lane did this to himself

He can't coach us in the playoff. Doesn't work that way. He will be LSU's Head Coach as of tomorrow and off our payroll.

Plus he's got to get your Tigers ready for the Liberty Bowl.

It doesn't benefit LSU or Ole Miss if Kiffin is coaching in the playoff for one SEC team while recruiting for another in a pivotal period.

It only benefits Kiffin, which is why he wants to do it.

LSU and Ole Miss would both be a bunch of cucks if they let that clown show happen.

Then whose team is it? When Saban coached Alabama and LSU whose team was it? Just because he wants to leave at the end of this season it’s not his team? Stupid

Not a single school would let him coach after he’s left for another school. It’s insane.

So having the HEAD coach that got the players and got you to this point in the season and maybe winning a NATTY doesn’t benefit Ole Miss? Interesting

You don't get it.

You're trying really hard though.

Understand LSU is against the clock getting their coach and recruiting deadlines.

But would have been much more civilized for them to ask for Lane to depart after the Ole Miss season has officially ended in their playoff run.

Can't believe how the players must feel thru all this.

As an observer, I can see Lanes pov. But also Lane should have realized that if you've admittedly switched jobs then you can NOT hold both seats.

As an LSU fan sure glad we didn't push Saban out in 2003.

I honestly have more respect for ole miss with this move. It’s the world we live in. He doesn’t get to have his cake and eat it too.
