Gator Nation doesn't need you being our voice on here, I want to ban bet you on this hiring so we can keep your negativity in the Napier era.
If we get Lane, theCAW is banned.

You aren't really putting up anything.
Also, ban bets are generally frowned upon and the other person just ends up welching or making an alt.
So it's just stupid in general. We're going to see what happens either way, betting on it isn't going to make you more right or wrong.

Come on Audio, we are small in numbers here, so we need all the dues we can get. Let everyone voice their opinions the way they choose and make your counterpoints if you disagree. We can't be losing Gator fans here, and Chicken doesn't cotton to ban bets anyway. So maybe an avi bet?

Ban bets for a message board are stupid.
The people that need to be banned will all just make a new account and use that going forward.
If you actually would "respect" a ban bet and not use a new login, you end up just making a ban bet with yourself as the other guy won't go away in any case. He'll either ignore it all together and keep posting under his old account or make a new account.
Really any kind of "message board bet" is stupid. There's no penalty for either party ignoring it other that perhaps a few weeks (or months in the worst case) of people commenting on it. If we make a sig bet and I don't follow through after losing, all it's going to cause is some people making comments on the message board.
If it's a real money bet, if I don't pay I can just say I did and nobody will know who's lying.
If you want to make a bet, there are a ton of internet sites to do that with that ensure that you'll get the payout if you win.
