Despite being diagnosed with cancer 5 years ago and not going to remission, I'm thankful I'm still here, still able to work and get paid and argue about football to pass the time.

Thankful to be sitting on the deck of a beach house on Sullivan's Island. Poe's last night, shrimp & grits this evening, football the rest of the week, unwinding for a couple of days with the kids and their families.
And watching my Ags whoop the horns tomorrow.

I'm thankful for my wife most of all. I'm thankful for my children, they're adults now and make me proud everyday to be their Dad.
