Dark beers, dark meat turkey sandwiches and Christmas decorations while watching bad football.

Happy Turkey Day y'all.
Inside Christmas decorations went up last Saturday for the kids, outdoor went up yesterday to beat the cold. Turkey breast in the smoker.
For the first time it's just our little family of four. My mom passed last year, my mother in law and brother in law are staying in Tennessee and our closest friend is in Florida with her family. House seems a little empty but still there something special about it.

PJ, I lost my sister (whom I was closest to) a few months ago so I know the feeling. Thankfully I am raising her kids. Being with family is a special time to cherish.
