The committee didn't "drop" Ole Miss over Lane Kiffin rumors.
Thank you for your attention to this matter, please carry on.

PSA: the committee left LSU out because they lost to Ole Miss Vanderbilt, Texas A&M, Alabama, and played Western Kentucky to three points

Seems pretty obvious to me that this is the case as well. Oregon got a good win and Ole Miss had a bye.

This is stupid.
Oregon's loss was to #2 ranked Indiana at home by double digits. Their best win is over #17 USC at home.
Ole Miss' loss was to #4 ranked Georgia on the road by single digits. They beat #8 Oklahoma on the road.
So Oregon jumps them because they took their 2nd bye earlier in the season despite having a worse loss and Ole Miss having a better win?

And your coach still wants to head to that team during a playoff run…ouch.

And ole miss will never win a title so who cares who jumped them? lol

Yes it is. Oregon is getting blue blood treatment, even it if it is relatively new blue blood. Ole Miss is still seen as a Cinderella.

It isn’t stupid. It is prepositioning to make sure SEC gets no more than four teams

Because thats all this is. Everyone knows whats gonna happen to this program once Kiffin leaves. Back to the arse end of the conference lol. The fact that they are in here trying to talk shite about other schools that actually win championships is wild to me. But eh. They get what they deserve. Steppingstone programs lol...

Oregon has a joke schedule even worse than Ole Miss. They moved MI over TX also showing they are positioning the Big 10 to get in as many teams as possible with upset scenarios.

The committee knows it has to put three Big Ten teams in there. It’s going to get interesting if Oregon loses to Washington though. You’d be looking at possibly five SEC teams and two Big Ten.

Yep the committee is preemptively helping Oregon and MI before these big games.

Remember the Dan Lanning comment after the USC win, when he had the mic on a national stage. Like I said before, he had the ear of the CFP committee at that point, and they listened.
The CFP rankings have been "off" recently, and everyone but the committee sees it.

I guess a usc win is better than Oklahoma on the road. Dead Penn State better than dead Florida. Iowa better than lsu? Oregon should not be ahead of Ole Miss for any reason whatsoever.

Because he’s a Kirby disciple. Look at how Kirby demands the attention of the refs

I just wanted to thank you for developing our next coach. I know being dropped for a better option has got to hurt, but it will be okay, you’ve still got your best season in program history to look at longingly
