Late nights with early wake up calls are my favorite. Let’s have a repeat of last night

Tonight’s music…weirdly not a lot to choose from the DMV area so I’m going Wale

There are some things in life worth losing sleep for. It’s not every day you get to play in the 5th Place Game of the Players Era “Tournament” brought to you by Eli Lilly live on TNT at 11PM Central.

50/50 I'll watch this instead of watching it on recording like the UNLV game.

may just get a gaming session in due to no work tomorrow.

Kinda shocked at the line on this one. We’re -13. We were 13.5 vs UNLV and Maryland was -2.5 vs them and won by 7. Maryland is better than UNLV and not as banged up.

Maybe the oddsmakers gave UNLV more credit thinking it would be a “home game” so that kept the line down.

Either way, I’d have guessed it at closer to -11.5. 13 is a lot to lay against a team that just got embarrassed

Rebound, make free throws and shoot a decent number from three, and that should be an attainable number tonight. Not too much to ask for, right? In other words, another game like last night.

I have to start smoking a turkey at about 4am tomorrow. But, the 5 hours of sleep I've gotten the last 2 nights should carry me through Thanksgiving.

The 2 losses were obviously disappointing. But, going 2-2 through that stretch and looking capable of winning either of the games we lost, if we'd played a little better, is cause for optimism. I'd probably have been happy with these results, even if not satisfied, if you'd told me in October it would turn out this way.

Most definitely, especially considering Bethea is still out, seems like Sherell could make a leap, TBB played really bad in both those games, Biz didn’t shoot well, and Trelly got a splinter in his arse or whatever before the Gonzaga game.

I’m pleased so far.

I think the line was influenced by said embarrassment. They lost by 40 to a team we were just very competitive with (and the team they barely beat was also embarrassed by 40 by us). Anything can happen, but I'd say -13 is probably generous to Maryland given recent events.

Yeah I mean when you play top 10 competition night in and night out you're going to lose some. We've been very competitive in both losses and completely overwhelmed both inferior opponents. It's not like we're talking shite and then getting absolutely wrecked like some other teams led by nepobabies.

Eastern time zone and Central time zone teams get to play latest possible game.
Further, and probably can't depart til morning now, missing a portion of Thanksgiving day with family.

Ha!

Just desperate for Bama sports and nothing else to do. I’m a night owl anyway. Roll Tide, beat the Terps.

This will be an ok trip if we win tonight, especially with no Wrightsell.

And we learned the other night in the loss we have to play unselfishly. It doesn’t work otherwise.

Our bigs gotta get attitudes.

Rebound!

Is WrightSELL a difference maker? I dont see him being that at this point with all his injuries.
