Hold onto the ball and make them drive the field. I said as much during the game, as many of you did.

How about complete easy passes?

How about roll the qb out? One called qb run and he gets a 1st down. Don't see it again.

No turnovers and the incompletions don’t matter

How about just make the simple passes that are wide open and stop holding on to the ball.

How is a rollout going to change that?

That's KDB's fault for overthinking things putting RW as a returner.

However that INT was a bad read and throw. The fumble should have never happened if your taking your pre-snap look and getting rid of that ball. The sack on the last drive as well.

True. My apologies, still a little bitter.

Ty could have won it all and he has the ability to

Be ok with throwing the ball away.
Be ok with a fair catch.

I won't mention the kicker because that's normal for us.

Funny how YStar defended Milroe for 1 and 3/4 of seasons but turns on Ty after half a season

The play right after the sack on the last drive Ty held the ball about six seconds, super clean pocket, wide open Horton at the OU 35 and Ty tried to “direct” the pass to keep from his usual overthrow. The ball was under thrown by 5 yards.
Ty has also really struggled with pocket awareness for a while now. On the sack fumble, if he steps up in the pocket, he has Bernard for the first down. That is, if he doesn’t overthrow it.

You don't understand. If Milroe has half as many interceptions as completions, that's on playcalling, the receivers, the offensive line, really everyone involved in the program except for Milroe. If Simpson is quarterback for a two point loss in a game where Bama missed a chip shot field goal, he bears sole responsibility.

How about design a play to get 3 yards instead of running your receivers 12+ yards down the field?

How did the roll out beat Ga?

Tell me what a roll out does to the def and the qb?

I still remember “Milroe doesn’t trust his receivers to throw it in anticipation” as a legitimate argument

All Alabama had to do was recruit a half decent kicker and we would have won the game. Talty is terrible and you can blame that on the staff no going out and getting a top line kicker
