No UF journalists or “insiders” from the paid forums know anything, they don’t have connects. For the most part, they are out of the loop on everything, even recruiting.

Its probably just conjecture because they are vetting other coaches just in case but you never know.

Looks like someone used Abolverdi to put out a fake story that was retracted shortly afterwards.

Multiple outlets claimed they confirmed the story. So, not exactly a journalist getting a scoop. Someone wanted everyone to know about it and shut it down for some reason. It is just a question of who and why.
