I was on pins and needles the whole game. So many emotional swings.
OU is 4-0 in true road games this year. Our offense is putrid bit D and STs make up for it.
DEFENSE TRAVELS
This game will not eliminate Bama from playoffs but it keeps OU hopes alive.

As long as they are creating turnovers, you’ll have a chance. It’s bound to catch up to you at some point, just like our offensive struggles got us tonight.

I think if we can just have an OC more than one season we’ll improve on that side. Have 2 freshmen as anchors. Invest in other pieces and we’ll be better next year.
But agree, we likely won’t go far without better O play. Even making playoffs would be a big achievement though.

Oklahoma snaps Alabama’s 17-game home win streak.
We went on the road to Tenn and Bama and walked out with wins in back to back games.
Thats hard to do. Defense wins road games. We used to have the most bestest offense but Riley could never get over hump. Now its reversed with defense. If we can find some type of O then we could make a miraculous run.

I was surprised by how confident he was in the post-game interview. Not even sure why they talked to him at all.

I have to remind myself the biggest question mark going into this season was our awful O line from last year...they are starting two freshman with Fasusi a future star...They are rounding into form now...If Mateer comes back next year, even bigger things are on the horizon I think
