Tennessee fans, tell me about Josh Heupel (some smoke in regards to LSU)

Seeing on Tennessee On3 boards and some Twitter smoke that Heupel could be on his way out possibly? Seems like a long shot, but I’m curious if Tennessee realistically thinks something like that could happen? As a reasonable LSU fan, I think Tennessee and LSU probably pretty similar and would be maybe a lateral move. I do think he would do well here though.

Thoughts?

I said maybe. LSU is probably the better job, but Tennessee is more than capable program to do things LSU can do imo.

Give him 18 months in Louisiana and Heupel might rival Bert at peak mass.

It makes no sense to fire BK only to hire Fat Josh.

Would be a homerun hired for LSU.

Honestly can't see him leaving but if he did leave you'd be getting a damn good coach and the forever hate of the most insane fanbase in cfb.

Brian Kelly was better at Notre Dame than Heupel has been at Tennessee

I think you need to ask your Governor first if he will allow him to coach there.
