They seem to be trusting Frazier again. At least early. Then Bowens is fresh late.

Here's fresh late. Looked like Chubb on that run,

He could have run for 150 yesterday easily

Is Phillips injured? I thought he was the fasted RB. Would to see more of him too if he's healthy.

He got a few snaps yesterday.

Frazier is the #1 when he is not fumbling the ball

My guess would be he’s not there yet with his blocking assignments. And despite having our Oline healthy Gunner needs all the help there he can get.

I thought the Oline did well yesterday. Gunnar does need to learn to throw the ball out of bounds and not take sacks.

Bowens should be RB 1

He just runs different and sees the field better

Take every single target or touch they want to our Make-A-Wish running back, Cash Jones, and give them to Bowens. I know we all love a walk-on, but basically any time we give him a touch, it’s a wasted down.

He still makes rookie mistakes because he only has about 10 games of live experience under his belt. Still learning to process at game speed. But as you say, he has to get rid of the ball quicker, for the sake of self-preservation among other reasons.

Frazier might be really good one day, but right now he's so worried about fumbling that he's pretty much been neutered.

Georgia fans like looking for the next big thing. Somebody on here posted that Puglisis looked like Aaaron Rodgers against Austin Peay, but I think we have seen enough of Bowens to know that he is the next big thing.

I was calling Bowens a Clover Valley brand Chubb but not he's been upgraded to Kroger brand. It's amazing how similar their running sytles are. Same stride, and they even start pedalling their feet faster when setting up a cut. I am all in on Bowens.

Don't know anything about his blocking, but I do know that Bowens was coming back from an ankle injury that he got about 3 or 4 weeks ago. May or may not have had anything to do with why he didn't get more carries yesterday.

There's something to be said for letting him take lumps for 3 quarters so your actual best guys are still fresh for crunch time.

also, if you only use him to block on passing downs then you tip your hand to the defense everytime he's on the field.

Cash Jones has made a lot of big and important plays for us contributing to wins. He has also made negative plays that were very costly. When Cash comes in opponents seem to know what's coming.

Cash attracts a lot of attention from the defense in 3rd down packages and opens things up for other pass catchers. He runs routes like a receivers and makes people miss. Jones had a big 3rd down conversion that was called back by a bullshite holding call on Dillon Bell even though Dillon Bell led with his shoulder and it wasn't close to holding.

Cmon VHS, it’s obvious the coaches don’t know football and just play Cash because they’re confused.

I appreciate a good Peter Buck homage every now and then.
