Lol…it’s not an “obsession,” it’s amazement, for the second time in five years, on behalf on the entire SEC, that the entire LSU football, athletic department and university administration was such a false front, a house of cards, such a disfunctional organization that the Aggies in 15 minutes of football could bring it all down, even involving the governor and politicians of the state of Louisiana. Quite frankly, many feel like this is a SMU death penalty like moment that LSU will never recover from. Poor, disfunctional, relatively small student population…LSU will win some games, have some upsets…but will never be a natty contender again. September 2025, the last hurrah, last time LSU will ever be a top five team ever. And that’s too bad, the SEC will be worse off.
