No it’s not. Look if LSU is a top 3,4,5 job in the country then why did they end up with BK in the first place. Jimbo turned them down. JIMBO!!! I think it may have been Lanning that also turned them down. Some big name anyway. BK was not even close to being first choice.
If LSU is that kind of job then why couldn’t they go get Kirby, Elko, Lanning, Day, or any of the big names out there right now. Kiffin will listen I’m sure but it’s still cloudy on if he even wants to leave OM. It would probably take a huge contract to even get him to listen because LSU is competing with Florida and others for his attention. Can LSU afford to wait on him anyway. If he makes a deep playoff run this year then this team could transfer out on him and evaporate before he even got there.
I get you guys are excited to be rid of BK but try to be somewhat reasonable.

Funny LSU not being criticized in the media for firing a coach who won about 30+ games in 3 seasons. Not to mention firing 2 NC coaches.

It’s ok if it takes LSU another year or two to win another natty in football because there’s so many other sports that will bring home hardware like baseball or WBB or gymnastic or men’s golf or the dance team or men’s track n field or women’s track and field.
But I must be leaving out a sport someone please help there’s just so many.
