Does anyone else feel sorry for LSU fans?

I will post just a handful of these examples of sadness. There are so many hundreds and hundreds and hundreds more of them.
But, as I started copying them over and over, a weird feeling of pity overcame me and I started to feel guilty about what I was doing.
It started to become clear that most LSU fans are just regular people who are pathetically sad and helpless and not retarded idiots like I've always thought.

It is natural to feel sorry for retarded people

What kind of retard is using that hideous dark theme?
No one will even read those posts because of how absurd that shite looks. Keep at it dollar tree Willy

I suppose so.
The dislike I felt for LSU fans kind of just melted away as I scrolled through page after page of responses like this and worse.
I originally started this thread as a gotcha thread to make them look like the silly, backwards, ignorant, dumb as rocks coonasses that we all think of them as.
But, gradually, a feeling of sorrow overcame me as I saw their responses and their hopes and dreams out on the screen.
I never knew just how deeply Saban harmed them. It is bad and the wounds have not healed, at all. There could have been a thousand or more screengrabs in this thread but, what's the point in piling on?

Talk about delusional. I clearly recall the Mike Dubose, Ray Perkins, Mike Shula, Bill Curry, Dennis Francionne days for all you Gumps. I endured listening to your fans rail on and on about the good ole days of the Bear and how Bama invented the sport......Bart Starr........Joe Namath........we won 200 national titles back when all we had to do was send in enough Cheerios box tops into Nabisco from 1925-1973.
Until Nick came back to restore glory, y'all sounded worse than those drooling retards pining for Saban. Not ALL LSU fans are whining crybabies with an abandonment complex. The LSU Tigers will be back!!

It’s just weird not seeing them say BK is awesome anymore. They were in denial for so long.

I don't suppose so. But, almost all of them are.

Geez dude - that’s a lot of effort in your attempt to make fun of LSU.
It’s always funny how we all stereotype well over 100,000 people of various fan bases based on the internet posts of a few.

I know. Last thing I heard, before just recently, Kelly was their savior and had the highest winning percentage of any active coach, understood them and their culture, just needed some time, the players were young, and he was genuinely part of their famulee.
One brain bashing beating by A&M and they bug out and head for the shelters.

I admit, it took about 20 minutes. It was going to be much more but, it started to feel like the pickings were just too easy and LSU fans genuinely had some mental issues.
What started as a fun thing to do, turned out to be depressing.

Pretty much impossible to feel any empathy for the LSU fanbase. All spring and summer the rant has been overrun with rude offensive posts by Sidewalk, LSUStephen and hundreds of others guaranteeing the LSU natty, Nussmen’s Heisman, Perkin’s defensive player of the year award, etc. I get, being an enthusiastic fan of your team. But that embarrassing display of deserting your team and emptying your own stadium in the third quarter on national tv was a horrible look for a supposedly loyal fan base. But that is your culture. Y’all did the same in 2020. Fans bailed on the team, the players quit playing.

I feel more sorry for pediatric cancer patients in LA, especially since BK won’t care that they are funding his buyout.

Oh no! Fans are being delusional about the team they support

No. It’s a football team not pancreatic cancer.
