I would like to really thank Germie Bernard, Josh Cuevas, and Parker Brailsford for their outstanding level of effort and play this year. They transferred from UW and have done more than merely contribute.

Germie Bernard is my favorite player on the team. Sorry Ty. He has made big play after big play and can be counted on when Bama has its back to the wall.

I've tried to count all the clutch catches Cuevas has made this season. It's seems like every time Bama needs one he makes it.

Parker Brailsford is our most technically proficient OL. I know Proctor has more talent but Brailsford does his job time after time. I've never seen a play where he whiffed or made a mental error.

Without the solid play of these three, Bama could easily have had another loss and we would be sitting here now wondering how Bama could win out, and what our playoff chances would be. I will miss all of them when their Bama careers are over.

Were they highly ranked coming out of high school ? Seems like they've a lot of heart.

Should tell you the type of player DeBoer recruits and values both from a profile and character standpoint because those three have been absolutely critical to our team.

I agree. Those three, along with Ty, are my favorite. They are why Bama is 7-1.

I love Cuevas. Before the season my 11 y/o nephew was telling me how good he was. I didnt believe the little guy.

Best TE since i dont know. Highly effective in the pass game.

Parker was a 3* center
Germie a low 4* (at Mich St originally)
Cuevas zero star

If DeBoer can fill a whole roster full of guys like these, I couldnt care less about stars and recruiting rankings.

Brailsford is the best at his position in the country, and I’ll die on that hill.

Germie is just a dog. Stays quiet, keeps his head down, does his job. Almost always clutch.

Josh is a dog, too. Those guys have kept the offense together, along with Ty.

Don't forget Austin Mack. He is currently the backup QB. Doesn't play much, but is a critical position on the team.

Hell of a blocker too.

I love stories like his. Went from being a 0 star from L.A. that started out at Cal Poly, to being a starter on a top 5 Bama team.

Seriously? That’s crazy… he’s made catch after critical catch and has been clutch all year.
I just hate Germie isn’t a Captain, nobody deserves it more than that guy, and to be snubbed for every preseason award is a travesty.
