Seemed like a loss to interim-coached Arky would be the unequivocal nail in Hue’s coffin. And for a moment, it looked like that was going to happen. Lucky for Hue, Pleasant changed the momentum of the game and Arkansas folded.

So what happens now? Does this save Hue’s job for next season? Just until next week? Until the end of the year? Does this make any sort of difference in the plan moving forward? I am afraid of him somehow squeaking to 7-5 and save his job for next year.

This game is the biggest indictment yet of Hugh honestly. At least you could make the argument in the other games we were playing good defenses. One TD against this Arkansas D seems impossible.

Just try to keep winning and let things play out at this point.

I dont think it changes anything. We want him fired now, but he was getting the regular season regardless. He has missed expectations this year. How his boss handles that, we shall see.

So what happens now? We are looking for HC

Does this save Hue’s job for next season? No

Just until next week? Probably
Until the end of the year? Maybe not

Does this make any sort of difference in the plan moving forward? No, IF they can get the guy they want.

Where are all the geniuses that acted like Daniels would be a nightmare, and any idea to the contrary was stupid.

True but he is not the answer either. He would have been better than Throne. But this is all on the offense coaching & recruiting.

RPO is working at other schools but they have decent coaches & decent QBs. It is past Hughs time at least here. Unless he tunes the offense into a race car, we are done this season.

We could realistically salvage an 8-4 season if we would can Hugh, give interim to Durkin, and fire offensive staff, pull up analysts and find the biggest egghead analyst to do the game plan and call plays. We have the talent to get it done.

Cohen was on field with High after game. They looked chummy, but who knows what's going on behind scenes.
