I would like to see FSU in the SEC. To me they have always 'felt' more like an SEC school than North Carolina, Virginia, *cough* Mizzou *cough* or some other schools that get brought up as potential additions.
Clemson too.
I know a lot of this is about expanding the footprint though, and those two don't really do that.

They didn't say they were bankrupt. He did say they dont have a lot of money and were asking more about what's going on with the admin side of FSU with rumors of private equity coming in and how fickle the admin has been over the past 5-6 years.

I doubt they're bankrupt, but they will continue to fall further behind financially as long as they aren't in the SEC or Big 10. Just fine in my book

They chose a bunch of meaningless ACC championships versus fewer sec titles with a full stadium for every conference game.

Did you get abducted by aliens or something? Maybe been in a decade long coma or something? FSUs last championship was against us in 2013. Well the game was in 2014 but it was the conclusion of the 2013 season. Back when they had ole crab legs as the QB. The final year before the playoffs started.

Unless Congress addresses NIL there will be dozens of programs in the same situation by the end of the decade.
