The gump defense has yet to be tested by an offense that has a true system, great qb play, and elite run/pass weapons.

Bama left a ton of meat on the bone involving wr deep down the field against Mizzou. They could drop 50 on Tenn possibly since their corners are worse than my HS currently fields. They can’t run the ball at all very well though so if Tenn can move them off the run completely and pin their ears back and get after Simpson and get home enough I think it’s conceivable they could score into the 30s to win the game.

If our defense can stop with the busted coverages and tackles. If not, Ty Simpson will definitely exploit that.

Auburn dominated UGA in the first half far better than UT did, they just can’t throw the ball downfield to save their life and Tennessee happened to win every single 1 on 1 they took.
