SC sucks, the we get 2 weeks to get healthy and get some players back, then an extremely vulnerable LSU, and Oklahoma not looking so tough either.

We could run the table or drop 3 games, neither would surprise me all that much. Everyone outside of Eastern Illinois has the ability to beat us, and we are pretty beat up, and while we have shown some clutch fortitude, DeBoer can’t just keep winning one possession games all the time.

he did it at Washington all the time. If we can clean up a few things the games won't be close

I am definitely optimistic, but I’m not going to go full Gump quite yet.

Don't fall into this trap again, brother.

Oklahoma was complete arse last season and they beat us by 21 points.

We can't overlook anyone anymore, especially on the road.

It doesn’t matter so much for fans having this mentality obviously

But I hope the team doesn’t have this same mentality. Just because these teams aren’t super impressive, doesn’t mean Bama can half arse those games and still win

We win this one we should have no problem beating an SEC team at their place, two top 25 SEC teams, and our biggest rival that we’ve always struggled with at their place. I doubt any team has an easier path to the playoffs.

I feel like every SEC game is going to be close we just aren't that much better than anyone.

Been winning only because of superior QB play. We can't expect that every week

If you don’t think South Carolina can beat us in their own place then you haven’t been paying attention to cfb for a few years. When you go on the road, you better be prepared to withstand their best shot and likely officiating bullshite too.

I know people say that fans have no effect on things, but I have noticed that fans taking teams lightly seems to mirror the attitude of the team. I don’t know if they hear talk or if the air are und the team rubs off on to fans, but there seems to be a connection.

My opinion is every SEC team left on the schedule could beat us if we don’t show up locked in that Saturday.

It isn’t the 2010s anymore. We don’t beat 80% of our schedule by just coming out of the tunnel.

Overlook going to South Carolina at your own peril. This season hasn’t gone the way they thought it could, so we’ll absolutely be their Super Bowl. Couple that with the fact that we’re beat up and that’ll be our 5th game in a row, with 3 of those being on the road… it could get dicey.

Beating us is a career-saver for some of these guys (looking at SC and Auburn)

They sucked last year and we won by less than 7 at home. I would not put anything past this Bama team to be looking ahead should we beat UCheat.

Are we their homecoming game? I think I read somewhere in the pre season that they're having homecoming the weekend we play them.

At least the lead-up to that game for them is LSU and a pissed off OU
