I don't understand you guys hoping Billy gets fired. Has he sucked, yep. Will the new coach be significantly better, history says no. Obviously, if you make the right hire, he can go off, but firing guys every few years isn't the answer.

It’s been 4 years and he’s under .500. That literally gets you fired everywhere. We have been extremely patient and haven’t asked for that much. Idk how we can’t fire him and keep pretending we care. We will try to keep him though guaranteed.
