Evidence shows Kyren Lacy did not cause crash.

The link is a video with Lacy's attorney. They show video of the accident about 2:35 in. The crash happened in front of Lacy. You can see a car stop in front of him and he drives around the crash. There's also information from the report from the Louisiana State Police.

AND a state trooper who literally put wording in The mouth of a witness and it’s recorded on bodycam.

For those who are not aware, Lacy was charged with negligent homicide and felony hit and run.
He later committed suicide.

I was gonna say something stupid, but remembered KL died. It was about me and driving after 1am.

It’s a tragedy for the person who died in the accident and that Lacy took his life. But I’m not sure this video is 100% exoneration. He passed 4 cars around a curve in a no passing zone (admitted by his attorney), then the crash happened only 72 yards from where he got back in his lane. 72 yards sounds like a lot, but it’s about 1 second from collision with two cars both driving towards each other.
After watching more of the video I do think there is a lot of mitigating evidence and wish he would have waited for his day in court. He wouldn't be totally cleared but he had a good chance at reduced charges. Even if convicted he still had a life and career ahead of him.

No one is rewriting history. They’re seeing actual evidence for the first time.

The original thread reporting his death is gone, but I remember fake Missouri fans such as Faurot Fodder and Galacticacannon pissing on his memory in their ignorance and continued embarrassment of our fanbase.

By the time Lacy got out of the lane it was approximately 1 second from impact.
