Cohen has made a fool of himself and our football program

When we hired Freeze, we were trying to find an upside as to why Auburn would pick a washed up flop with a bunch of baggage. They promised us Freeze was an offensive wizard and three years in, our offense looks even worse than the Harsin era. The worst part is that we’re significantly more talented than those teams were, and the product has not improved. Cohen needs to go, enough of this clown show.

Freeze chose not to heavily persue Cam Ward. Freeze went with Thorne for a second year. Freeze hand picked Arnold. Freeze has allowed three people call plays. Freeze has recruited elite talent on offense, but they aren't showing improvement. Yeah let's get rid of Cohen.

Cohen hired a washed up coach that NOBODY outside of Lee County was looking at hiring and gave the guy a freaking buyout, like he was a hot commodity. Cohen is a dumbass.

Cohen has hired 3 football coaches between Miss St and Auburn. Two of them have sucked.
He has hired 2 basketball coaches. One not great and one Steven Pearl (coaches son-I could have gotten that one done).
He has hired 1 baseball coach. Great hire.
Not a great record of hirings.

Does Stephen Pearl have a buyout?
I hope he is very successful, but I also hope we did not load up on a big buyout like we usually do.

If Harsin could acquire talent like freeze he’d be a decent coach.

Is it possible that Hugh was the best we could get at the time? Supposedly, we couldn't even pull Lane from Oxford. After the Harsin debacle, I suspect that not many decent coaches would want to be dropped into the middle of the dumpster fire that was Auburn football.
