Why is LSU so MID

Since the Modern era, 2021ish... The only sport they are good in is baseball.
Only SEC school in the state, ton of fan support, money is flowing into NIL.
Why can't they win in all 3 sports? What about the new era is hindering them? Bama is winning at 2, Tenn is winning at 3, Texas... Even little OM is winning at multiple sports.
Please bring up girls basketball.....

LSU football was an also ran till Nick Saban arrived there in 2000 or whenever it was, so that’s a pretty short history too
