Oxford Folks- How packed is the Square

During the game? Will be in Oxford Saturday and looking for a cool place to watch the game. Any suggestions are appreciated.

I’m glad I won’t be there. It’s going to be an electric environment but that many people and that much traffic would just piss me off to be around

The Square will be pretty packed. Maybe try Booth's BBQ or the Velvet Ditch?

Put it this way — our child lives there and now that she’s employed and not a student with parent weekends, we don’t ever go on game weekend. It’s stressful to no end.
Even the locals without tickets hunker down at home. Restaurants are beyond packed.

Very manageable. Library or funkys is going to be your best sports bars to watch game. I go to these two when I don’t go to the games.
Tip, if you go to the library, watch it in the sports bar because the other 2 bars are out of sync on the tvs and it gets really annoying when it’s a delay.
I live here and The square is not packed out during the game. Now after I’s a different story.

I got really drunk at the Levee and the Library roughly 17 years ago. I have never seen that level of talent anywhere in my life since then.

Velvet Ditch or The Library, or go hang out in the Grove and find someone with a TV setup.
