We'd still have our long term rival games like LSU/BAMA and TN/FL.
They gonna mess up another conference. If Texas wanted these rivalry games, they could have kept the crooked SWC.

It's what they do. At least with the other 2 conferences there was some sentimental connection but they have none with the SEC. They are the destroyer of worlds but I just shake my head everytime I see SEC folks that think somehow Texas can't do it to their conference. That ship sailed though, just do all you can to protect yourself because there are some folks who don't realize they won't be a part of a Superconference alignment no matter how much they say they were a charter member or worse think that the SEC will stick together and protect them or talk about how many games they have won lately.
Bama, LSU, UGA, UF, A&M, OU, Auburn, and UT have nothing to fear. South Carolina and Mizzou are probably ok and likely Arkansas and Ole Miss. State, Vandy, and UK may be relegated to being have nots. It's about money, power, and the ability to draw fans both in person and on tv in big numbers. I'll never understand why some of those schools essentially voted for their own demise by letting in Texas and their toadie OU.

The only thing Texas has ever gone out of its way to destroy is Nebraska football.

It's not a conspiracy when it's true. I watched it happen in the SWC and then I watched it happen in the Big 12. It's starting to happen here as Texas is already getting treated like royalty. Just is what it is. I fully understand how Texas operates and why they have the power they do, I even respect it in some ways. I just know how this story will end. Maybe it's in 5 years, maybe it's 10. The reality is Texas doesn't play well with others if they don't do whatever it is Texas wants and they have many levers to pull on to get what they want
A&M is going to be fine in the end, really it doesn't hurt us much either way. Life is just more pleasant without sips but Cest La Vie. I will always hate Texas though and I know exactly what they are and how they operate. It's like making deals with Nancy Pelosi and expecting it to end well.

SEC deserves everything bad that it gets letting these worthless humans into the conference. The SEC is dead. Should just change the name of the conference.
