They played for the Natty last year.
Both losses were close.
They have a NBC contract and I am employed by Peacock. So it’s in OUR best interest for the Gold Domes to be ranked! We sold a lot of damn advertisement at a damn good premium this season.

The only reason they were ranked was for TV ratings nothing to do with being a good team as we have seen

As of now they should be in the “Also Receiving Votes” category. Possibly 28-30.
They are a good team but you are what your record says you are. They will have the opportunity to climb back up in the rankings.
0-2 teams should not be ranked in the top 25. Period

It's always been that way. Even in basketball. The larger the fanbase the higher the ranking.
Hence Notre Dame overrated every single year. It happened for years with Nebraska being ranked top 20 every preseason. TN as well.
Every year with Penn St. also.

They only make the playoffs if they win 10 straight.
They will have 0 quality wins so 9-3 with a new emphasis on SOS will do them in this year unless they run the table the entire rest of the way. Hope they choke one more away because they don’t deserve to be taking up a playoff spot with that joke of a schedule
