Hopefully with the bye week it becomes permanent. Because VandeMark and Formby ain’t it

Proctor is worse than Formby.

Roberts is definitely an upgrade, and Carroll probably has as much upside as any O-lineman on the team, but Formby has played well this season and the end of last season

I don't think so. In fact, I suspect a right side that isn't a complete liability will allow them to not put Proctor in so many tough situations.

All the pressure on passing plays is coming from Proctor's man.

Same thing every week.

No Provtor literally has two defenders one to his outside one to his inside. He blocked neither. Thankfully Ty saw it and made a play. He does that against Ga, SC or LdU and Ty will get killed.

He’s such a liability out there

I want to clarify: I'm not saying fixing the right side is going to make him into a different player. I'm just saying that when both tackles are liabilities then you can't really do anything with protections to make his weaknesses less pronounced.

GVDM is mobile and usually blocks the right guy. But physically i dont think he is whipping too many guys. Roberts is the opposite of that. He is not a great pulling guard, but if he gets his hands on you then its time to go for a ride.

I think Deboer and Grubb would prefer to have guys who move around really well. But that's not what we have on the roster, yet. Carroll looks good. I think we have recruited well along the OL and that is always incredibly important.

Roberts was body bagging dudes when we played Georgia in the SECCG two years ago. He’s a straight ahead MHAQ mauler.

Proctor is the most overrated tackle of the Saban recruiting era. Dude is a turnstile. He’d be better if he just fell down sideways every play.

I hoped Proctor would drop some weight over the summer. I think he would be all American at 330 lbs. 360 is just too much bad weight.

Agreed that Proctor is terrible. Not sure why/how people don't see him getting whipped week in and week out. He and to a tiny lesser extent Formby consistently get beat by quick edge guys. I wish CKD would rip the band aid off this bye week and bench Formby and Proctor and start Michael Carroll in Formby's spot and Jackson Lloyd in Proctor's spot.

I suspect CKD won't do that though. He damn sure better have some idea how to get those two some help out there because otherwise, they're going to get eaten alive by UGA.

It’s not just the players for UGA, it’s that Kirby and Schuman have two weeks to figure out how to throw exotic looks in what is going to be an incredibly loud and difficult road setting.

If Ty is making adjustment calls with 7 seconds on the playclock like we saw against FSU we are cooked.

People thought he was injured last year and would come in a different guy.

He’s 30 pounds overweight and I was DV into oblivion when he showed up to media day looking heavier than last year and said he was probably going to have the same issues because it was a foot speed/agility issue not an injury problem.

It takes a special player to block an edge at his size and he’s carrying bad weight instead of good weight so it’s just not in the cards.

It boggles my mind how Proctor thought he apparently didn’t need to drop a minimum of 30 and preferably 40 lbs. I guarantee the staff including S&C staff and dieticians told him he needed to drop the weight.

I remember at SEC media days he was asked about having put on six more pounds. He literally smirked and said he could carry that weight. ??

So from left to right who is the OL when the game is on the line and you need 80 yards in 90 seconds with 2 timeouts left
