I think it’s a cool story and rivalry. It’s just that these 2 football squads just don’t have the must-see factor. I’ll probably watch Ole Miss Kentucky over this one, but maybe I’ll switch between.

I just find it odd that a conference that supposedly takes such pride in its Southern Identity, it's links to the Confederacy and the shared experience of the American Civil War, professes no interest in the one game that exemplifies that experience.
Or is it simply that the valued shared identity is actually that of being redneck goobers, in which case, yes, this history would mean nothing to you.
