Cliff's Notes for Legend's call into Finebaum

••• Legend currently is living a football nightmare
••• Deboer has no control of the program.
••• Players sneaking their girlfriends into the team hotel at 2 a.m. and ordering DoorDash and missing the team bus the next morning.
••• Legend apparently still hasn't completely recovered from the Vandy game last year.
••• Legend doesn't like Gus either.
••• Never seen a team softer and more pathetic in all his life.
••• 14 missed tackles.
••• Danny Sheridan tried to tell us that Bama wouldn't be any good
••• No more marriage counseling. Deboer is being divorced.
••• Deboer is an outsider and Legend doesn't like him. Legend thinks that Deboer needs to leave the state and put a Gavin Newsome sign in his front yard.
••• Deboer press conferences are the worst. Something about fricking Daisy Duke.
••• Legend definitely thinks that Deboer is pathetic.
••• The new DC sucks even worse than Pete Golding, which Legend didn't think was humanly possible.
••• Fire the AD also.
••• The AD needs to take the same bus out of town as Deboer.
••• Threatens to rally 10,000 sidewalk alumni and protest in front of the school president's house

Is this normal behavior for down south? The guy is yelling, spitting and spraying into his phone, at some guy who can't even hear him. Legend must be some kind of simpleton, or this is for all the rassling fans listening to the show.

To be honest... it wouldn't bother me a bit if Bama put in a policy that you had to be a Trump supporter to coach or play on their team. Mostly play on the team.

May be? No doubt about his having some serious emotional issues. Poor bastard's entire self-image is tied up in a bunch of early 20 millionaires and college students who barely remember Nick Saban and Alabama's recent success because they are like all college students and the world revolves around them today, not tomorrow and certainly not yesterday. The entire United States and possibly the rest of the world lives in the world of wrestling with faces and heels and scripted bouts. From college football to national politics if Gordon Solie were alive today he would be busy as hell interviewing and stoking the fires. This is a big reason why live sports are sooooo popular...they too are complete with faces and heels but all too often the script everyone expects gets turned on its ear...
