Do you guys want Tennessee as one of your three permanent opponents?
Being a UT grad, I'd prefer y'all to Kentucky as I think we will definitely get Alabama and Vanderbilt so the third will be either UF or UK.
Thoughts ?

I doubt you get KY if you already have Vandy. I wonder who you would get if not us. It would be another upper team for sure.

I'd take UGA, Tenn, SCAR but I think SCAR is more bc we both had the same coaches a few times.

No, needs to be Jawja, Barner, and the University of LSU.
I hate turning on the television and seeing that puke arse orange all over the screen. Makes me sick to my stomach.
Not much of a rivalry either. Made some noise in the 90s, but its more of a big deal to y'all. Its UT's Superbowl.

I prefer Barn, Cacky, Uga because those are the three closest to Gainesville geographically, and I live in the middle of the Carolinas. I miss playing Barn every year like it was when I was at UF. Bayou trash bengals and Knox hillbillies are my alternates, haha.

Well you have had our number in some recent years. If Lagway was to get dinged up and our coach put Warner in again I think we could lose this year's game.

That can turn quickly. .
Also, yes we want to keep playing Tennessee, but if we lose y'all, please replace with Auburn.

Yep. I absolutely want Tennessee as a permanent rival with Mutt. I remember the Auburn rivalry vividly, but over the last three decade LSU has become arguably a bigger rival, so I'd like them to stay as well.

Most fans nowadays have no memory of Auburn being a rivalry for UF. It would be cool to get back to it but I think it's highly unlikely. Tennessee replaced them. Even LSU jumped ahead. So in a "perfect" world it would be UGA, UT and LSU.
However, I don't think everyone is going to get their "perfect world" matchups. Some teams would end up with 3 strong schools and others would end up with 2 or 3 of the lower half of the SEC. They're going to try and mitigate that some. How they decide to do it, I have no idea but I imagine one of our permanent games will either be Kentucky or South Carolina.
Which means we'd get UGA, UT or LSU, and UK or SCar. Anything else wouldn't really make sense.
Which means we'll somehow end up with A&M.

Boy was I glad to get that monkey off our back.. don't forget before we finally beat you the time we somehow left your reciever completely uncovered and he of course made the reception and scored and yall won the game. That was stoopifying for me and a lot of folks.
Then we finally got over the hump the following year I think it was.
Then 2 years ago Ray Davis ran it with great success and we were on a 3 game win streak against the Gators, I do believe.
Then last year yall steamrolled the hell out of us..completely whooped us bad. Last year we sucked but we did beat Ole Miss.
Here's to hoping it's at least a competitive game this season!
