Ary loves Pittman, doubt they will replace him soon.

Realistically, I thought he would end up at West Virginia, bc that’s where he’s from, and he has a huge ranch there.

But I can see the ACC drawing him in, he works for their media now too. As far as SEC teams, I only got Arkansas, Kentucky, maybe State with coaches on hot seats, and I can only really see State making a moves of those 3.

I would not allow a coach like Jimbo or Kelly or Calipari to touch my program in the modern day for fear of their stagnant brand of coaching and philosophy. You need to be willing to change in today’s college football to suit the player’s skill set (not they themselves) instead of asserting absolute dominance over your team like days of old.

There is no worse spot to be in than Notre Dame football or Florida State baseball or Kentucky basketball where you’re consistently great but your ceiling is just below championship. You might as well be in the college athletics cuck chair watching the rival that bullies you on a yearly basis take your silver and gold woman.

I'm sure there's a long list of programs out there longing for his 1990s offense.

A&’em shoulda just kept him. Till his contract was smaller. It’s not like Elmo is some big improvement.

Did he not win a national title since the 1990's?

Assuming you're speaking of BK, he's been anything but stagnant

Has changed coordinators twice in three years, went from not buying to players to straight up purchasing multiple starters, went from not making a huge deal of single games to focusing everything on the opener.

He's throwing everything at the wall at this point.

Is the Aggie payout reduced if he signs on to coach elsewhere? Thought I read somewhere that a contract buyout is reduced by the amount of a new contract amount?

Woodward allowed the worst extension in history. We are stuck owing that money regardless of his employment.

shite, even poor divorced men get off the alimony hook if the ex wife gets married. No such luck for the Ags.

That contract should be the golden goose example for any prospective agent and a case study of what not to do for any AD.

Woodward left A&M in 2019; Jimbo got his extension in 2021
