What about Baylor?

Auburn is way under the radar on this. Maybe that's the way we need it.
27. Baylor Bears
Previous ranking: NR
ESPN 300 commits: 4
Top offensive prospect: WR Jordan Clay
Top defensive prospect: DE Jamarion Carlton
Baylor picked up a WR with strong ties to the program in London Smith, whose father was a football and basketball star at Baylor and whose mother was a national champion triple jumper for the Bears. Unsurprisingly, London is a quick, smooth target with good body control. Another key add at WR is Jordan Clay, a nice-sized target at close to 6-foot-3 and 200 pounds who also possesses very good body control.
Further capitalizing on in-state talent, Baylor landed ESPN 300 DE Jamarion Carlton and ESPN 300 CB Jamarion Vincent, who possesses coveted size at roughly 6-2 and blends that with good speed and smooth movements.

Baylor has a great QB too . Our DL is gonna need to pressure him or he’ll pick us apart …

We have lock down corners. Not worried about Baylor. Only way we lose is by shooting ourselves in the foot

This and this, it will allow Durkin to bring them early and often from all angles.

Well we have lost by doing this about 20 times in the last three seasons.
“Only way” is doing a lot of work there.

The defense is going to have to bring the A game. Baylor's offense is pretty good.

I have no worries about our defense being up for the task.
I think this will be the best defense we’ve put on the field since 2019 easily.

Baylor’s 6’2 235 lbs RB2 is out for the year. Had 670 yards and 6 TD’s last season.

As do I Smuphy. All this talk about Aranda being a great defensive mind, well Ohio State trying to poach Durkin speaks volumes about his performance, and he has upgraded his personnel from last season.
This defensive backfield will allow him to put severe pressure on their QB.

He’s just as good as their RB1 too. Big loss for them.

Just lost their top running back for the season.
