Lagway's in a boot. Missed spring practice with one injury, now gonna miss fall practice and potentially games in a boot.

He’s day to day and isn’t going to miss games at this point.

Aiden Warner was a walk on at Yale and had to play against UGA and Texas last year.To say he's not very good would be an understatement.

I hope he gets over the injury and goes on to play for a real team next year after Napier gets canned, and has a nice NFL career.
UF will have to start over next year, though. New coach, new QB. I don't see them crawling out of the cellar anytime soon.

Yep. Normally I'd feel bad for the fans, injuries suck and I hate to see any kid get hurt.
But with the way they've been so gleeful and full of joyful malice about Tennessee and Nico, I find myself not feeling bad for them. They deserve another ten years of suckdom.
However, I like Lagway. He's a good kid.

Lagway would start if Florida played a game today.
The kid started and beat LSU 2 weeks after tearing his hamstring last year, he's not fragile.

Frankly, I don't see Napier putting everything on any backup QB. His schemes allow for a big running game and playing physical football. Those teams have, at times, actually done better when the offense plays to the defense, and time of possession and field position become the priority. It's called team football for all those spread maniacs who now feel they invented the game.

Um...did you not see him play? He looked like a 5 star despite our bad offensive line and playcalling.
