“I’m incredibly grateful for the continued belief in our vision for Mizzou Football,” Drinkwitz said via a press release. “The Board of Curators, President Choi, Laird Veatch and our donors and fans have shown a deep commitment to building a championship-caliber program. That means investing in the people throughout our building who work tirelessly for our student-athletes. I’m proud of the staff we’ve assembled and excited to keep pushing forward together.”

Who? This is an SEC board not a Midwestern board.

These statements make sense with Mizzou priding themselves as being a journalism schools, facts are irrelevant.

Good move by Mizzou. Real chance at stringing together 3 double digit win seasons in a row.

If he ever finds a halfway decent QB1- look out.

Congrats Drink

I find him entertaining and he obviously knows what he’s doing as a coach. Not always easy to find someone who can win in this league.

2-14 on the road against ranked SEC opponents - best win at #24 Kentucky (2023) -

he's done a nice job with 11 & 10 wins seasons over the last two - he shamed a #7 Ohio State in the Cotton Bowl - in traditional SEC fashion -

if he's gonna get Missouri to Atlanta - 2025 is the year - the road games are Auburn Nashville Norman Fayetteville - with Carolina Alabama Aggies & State at home -

Agreed ….. he deserves an extension after back to back 10 win seasons.

Good, solid team this year too … but really an unknown at QB … not much to go on.

I am happy with this! The guy is building on momentum and having secure coaches in place does make recruiting easier. Let's go win ourselves an SEC Championship!

He has done well at Mizz..they are in the SEC after all. Expecting more at Mizzou is insane.

So far, not a single comment from a program that has more wins than Mizzou the last two seasons.

Wild to see an Arkansas fan talk shite in here. I mean, really. Drink is literally your daddy man.

All of that Midwestern poop in your water has made you brain dead. We get it & apologize for the fact that our poo poisons your swamp water table.

The quietly impressive thing here is he did not take a raise for himself. He got more money for his coaching staff. He goes to Jimmy Sexton and tells him to get more money for his coaches.

Post last year and year before predictions. It's the same old shite every year.

That's ok though. It only makes their tears all the sweeter.
