Retorting that your "suburbs are growing" is not a proper response.

Everyone's suburbs are growing.

College kids don't give a rats arse about the suburbs.

Fayetteville is beautiful and looks like a fantastic place to live. I tried talking my wife into moving there while we drove through it to and from Omaha. I’ve always loved that area.

Baton Rouge losing people is not surprising at all. It’s a massive shite hole.

Aren’t New York, California and Louisiana the only states currently shrinking in population from year to year?

I have to work in Baton Rouge. I commute though. It's a total shithole.

You can definitely feel it in Oxford. I go there every other month to visit my mom and it genuinely sucks to drive in town. Way too many cars for their infrastructure.

That's because most Louisiana kids are losers.

If I ever move to Fayetteville, it would be once my kids are already students at LSU. Then they'd have a free place to stay when we play Arkansas there so they can be loud, proud, and help create another Arky collapse vs LSU.

Plenty of room in the U of A trophy case for a baseball.
